Increasing Appointment of Female Managers in the Country / Necessity to Deepen Skills Training to Achieve Effective Education


 

 
Dr. Laia Joneidi, Vice President of Legal Affairs, on Monday (February 17st) at the Conference of Women's Ideas, Experiences in Science, Technology and Innovation, held at the Alzahra International Conference Center, commemorates Dr. Maryam Mirzakhani.  She said: "Today, the world is the most focused on science, and typically those who are genuinely seeking knowledge, such as Maryam Mirzakhani, have good ethics.
She stated that knowledge, financial independence and property rights are emphasized in Islamic jurisprudence and there is no restriction on Islamic law in this regard. She added that in order to benefit from effective education in the country, deepening of knowledge and skills should be seriously considered. And we call on the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology to provide empowerment for women.
The Vice President of Legal Affairs further emphasized the need for economic and material empowerment for Iranian women: We have already grown in terms of employment in the management positions of women in the country, but the proportion of employment is insufficient and much work needs to be done in terms of employment and management principles.
Dr. Joneidi emphasized that we are not legally barred from office in the legal system of the country: According to the statistics of the State Administrative and Employment Organization, currently many of managerial positions are reserved for women and what is the meaning of being elected and elected by law. 
Referring to the need for women to be employed in the public and private sectors, she said: "In the public sector there are about 1.5 million jobs for nearly one million women, which can offset the gap between men and women. To achieve this, women can be involved in areas that require patience and precision.
In her speech, the Vice President of Legal Affairs pointed out the importance of the private sector for women's employment and stated that the private sector can have a significant and significant role in the economic empowerment and independence of women in the country.
Referring to the role and relationship of women and knowledge, as well as the advancements of Iranian women in academic fields, academics, entrepreneurship, knowledge-based companies and management levels, Dr. Joneidi added: Currently, there is a growth in the appointment of women directors as well as growth; There is a percentage in the governorates and governorates that has made good progress in increasing the employment of women in management, but in principle there is much work ahead, and in the education sector it is desirable in terms of population proportion, good dispersion and gender equality.
