Geolocation of Alzahra University
Alzahra University has special privileges in terms of geography and surrounding environment. This university is located in De-Vanak, which is one of the old and historically valuable areas of Tehran. Also, this area is very important in terms of green space. Near this university is the garden and mansion of Mirza Hasan Khan Mostofi al-Mamalek, which belongs to the Qajar period and was designed based on the model of an Iranian garden.
This work was registered as one of the national works of Iran in 2001.
In 2011, after preparation, the name of Irani Garden was changed to "Engineer Ali Mohammad Mokhtari Garden" in recognition of the many years of efforts of Engineer Mokhtari, CEO of Parks Organization, with the approval of city council members.
Among the other attractions around this university, it is possible to point out the proximity to historical buildings, shopping and commercial centers, and quick and easy access to public transportation facilities.
