The Legal Office provides legal advice to teachers and students. This home page has created to allow members to become more familiar with our office, its functions and operations, and to inform members of the Alzahra University of legal matters of importance to them in their role as faculty, staff or students of the University.

Management Tasks

 

Filing lawsuits and regulating bills and responding to lawsuits, complaints and judicial actions in judicial and quasi-judicial courts For the benefit of the university and Against the University.

Reviewing and announcing comments on the draft of the university's domestic and international memorandums of understanding and contracts with natural and legal persons

 Obtaining official commitments and guarantees from applicants for the use of domestic and foreign exchanges and study opportunities

 Guidance, counseling and judicial support from faculty members and staff of the university

 Compiling the rules and regulations related to the university's activities

 Documentation of immovable properties of the university and carrying out its related registration affairs

 

Management goals

 Increasing the level of legal knowledge of university staff with the aim of law-abiding various activities of the university's subsidiary units
 Documentation and delimitation of governmental immovability properties of Alzahra university
 Creating a suitable context for setting up a legal counseling center with the aim of providing cheap legal services in a safe environment for Faculty members, staff and students
