Faculty of Engineering
History
The faculty of engineering was established in 1993 and started its activities in 1994 by launching a BSc program in industrial engineering which offered a major in planning and system analysis. Two years later, the faculty launched its second degree program in software engineering. In the early 2000s, the first Msc program was added to the faculty which was complemented by a PhD program in 2012. The faculty of engineering currently hosts over 1000 bachelors' students, 324 master's students and 25 doctoral students.
